Jupiter Group manages the design and manufacturing processes by aligning everyone in the supply chain with the goals of the end customer. We do this in a transparent manner by helping educate all parties to the requirements of the end customer. For instance, when outsourcing raw components, we work with our supplier to make sure they understand not only what we need, but also who our customer is and why the quality is so important to them.

It is not uncommon to find our competitors also working for our customers. When this is the case, we choose to try and collaborate (when appropriate) with our competitors rather than simply competing against them. Again, keeping the end customer's best interest in mind. This transparent model we operate under is called Keiretsu, and it incorporates the following:

  • Selectively share information
