The key drivers of our business culture include our people, our customers and the communities we work in and those we affect.

We believe in treating employees, customers and competitors with respect and integrity. This is a core fundamental and anything outside this model is not tolerated, nor in line with our experiences in helping to achieve excellence in the business world. These are basic principles that drive our company from both the top down, and from each individual we employ.

Many of our customers require additional transparency, and ask or request that we also help them manage their business and people in ethical ways. To this extent we operate within both, the letter of the law and its spirit regardless of the country of operation. Additionally, we adhere to our customer's request to follow their unique operating procedures. For example, one of our customers has a no gift policy. Any one of our employees who works for this customer not only follows this rule, they also understand the importance of this policy to our customer.

For our customers, we strive to achieve excellence in our designs, photography, packaging, printing and customer service. Our business only succeeds if our customers succeed and therefore, your success is our best interest. We work creatively to overcome challenges and seek opportunities to help our customers thrive. For example, many major retailers are concerned with environmental issues so that as a global leader in supply packaging for chain management solutions, Jupiter Group not only works to reduce packaging waste but also develops paper-based solutions using renewable resources.

As our company grows, we will continue to strive for corporate excellence, for both our customers and ourselves. Continuing the need to learn and evolve as a creative company and a leader in our industry means that it is possible that along the way, we will make mistakes. Therefore, we are open to any criticisms, which helps us learn how to serve our customers, community and employees better. Should anything within our company simply not look right, or you would like additional clarification, please do not hesitate to contact Ronald Allen, Director of Business Ethics, Jupiter Group.
